Grey Max places a very high premium on Quality Assurance as a prerequisite factor in the achievement of efficient and sustainable services for maximum Client satisfaction. This is achieved by our quality management system.

Our assurance of quality embraces a policy of managing operations to standards that outstrip contractual obligations. This is established by defining in conjunction with the Client, the quality objectives to be achieved.

Methods, procedures and inputs required to achieve the defined quality objectives are then developed. In addition, techniques and guide lines are formulated, to monitor and evaluate all activities, to achieve the project objectives.

We create a quality assurance / quality control (QA/QS) awareness method in all levels of our operations, maintaining all QA/QS mandatory requirements as defined by the Client. These shall be effective and binding on all our employees, as they are responsible for providing quality services and products.
